brain concentration of food?
I am taking action this week and I have something to eat to help me do better because I realized the food has a lot to the way we think and feel. so if anyone knows how to feed concentration and brain power (?) (haha) help me do better, could you give me some advice? Besides, I was thinking of taking a power of five hours because of commercials make it seem like you more focused and energy without nervousness. Does anyone have experience in the power of five hours. would be good if I get it by the act?
fish, other seafood, eggs, nuts, a food rich in omega 3 … good for the brain
