Brain Concentration

certain types of music heard helps increase brain activity and concentration of classics are these guys?
any particular composers that I should look? specific style?
This is an excellent question. It sparked my interest in personal research in this area, too. There was, in effect, an idea originally proposed in 1993 by two physicists, Gordon Shaw and Frances Rauscher at the University of California, Irvine, called the "Effect Mozart. "They took a few dozen college students to listen to a 10-minute session of listening to Mozart Sonata for Two Pianos in D Major. And the students had a temporary improvement in spatial-temporal reasoning, with only a few points higher than other students. So the whole nation, including U.S. Government, rose Mozart Effect on the bandwagon, thinking that fetuses and babies left to listen to Mozart significantly increase their intelligence. However, during research studies come, including my own research, concrete results have not been successful in producing a higher point increase in IQ tests. It I've discovered is that classical music is used to relax the mind, which in turn helps improve moods of students and helps them concentrate and remember better information. I have tried using other types of relaxation music, from Beethoven piano Yanni general and Giovanni Marradi and even ancient masterpieces Traditional Chinese. And they all worked just as well to help with concentration. As for the construction of intelligence goes far, I have observed that children with inclinations music played by some kind of instrument do better in academics, the practice of multiple skills and coordination of them trained in the identification of different patterns (both listening and playing different musical rhythms) much faster than other children. It is very similar to children with a history bilingual or multilingual families in the sense that their familiarity with different pronunciation tones, tongue movements and their ability to quickly "change running "with grammatical differences also helps them learn faster in the academic world because they can identify patterns more efficiently. Therefore, the possibility of a significant increase in brain activity through classical music is purely an urban legend. But classical music really enhance relaxation to improve concentration during the study because they do not get distracted with so many songs and hyperactive rhythms that make you want to stand and dance. Just try one of the classical Western composers such as Mozart, Beethoven, Debussy, New Age artists like Yanni and Giovanni Marradi, and even jazz. All can produce the same relaxed state of mind to help retain the information better. My best wishes in your academic work, especially in acing exams. The is more relaxed, less stressed, better you do in exams! Have faith in yourself —- and I have faith in you!
