How to turbo charge your brain, stimulate their creativity and generate creative ideas. by Dennis Fisher.
Your brain is similar in many respects to a single electric motor. Interprets thousands of messages, electrical impulses sent by the nerve cells in your body. In the same way as an electric motor can be turbo through special techniques, the brain can be driven and encouraged.
There are special ways to turbo charge your brain. Learn how to use these techniques. You will become much more imaginative and capable of thinking creatively. Your mind will produce a steady stream of original ideas, new.
One of the most effective ways to turbo charge your brain is a technique you can learn from the Bible. The particular passage in Exodus 24.23 refers to:
"For six days he will do his job, but the seventh day should not work ….."
THE VALUE of complete rest for your body and mind.
The value of rest to stimulate your brain to be creative can not be underestimated. By all means work as thoroughly as you can for six days a week. Brainstorm everything you can, reach new original ideas that will help your business or profession. But choosing one day a week to rest completely. Do nothing at all that it entails deep concentrated thought or use of your brain.
Go for a long walk in the country. Admire and enjoy the scenery. Sit beside a beautiful river or valley. Meditate. Do not think of anything at all.
The next day, you'll find your mind is fresh. You'll see things more clearly in a different light and perspective different perspective. Innovative solutions to difficult problems that could not solve, they suddenly come to mind.
Think like a kid again.
Another very effective way to start the turbo charge your brain is to think like a kid again. This does not mean you have to start acting childish! But which means that you have to start using your mind more imaginative than we are doing now.
When you were a child who had the ability to fantasize and create dreamlike visions, fantastic while playing.
You were able to look at ordinary, everyday items and use your imagination to visualize something very different from what I saw. A pillow of his bed became a white horse with wings that could fly to distant lands.
In his imagination, a stick can become a lightning gun that could destroy the enemies from outer space. Thinking about his favorite sport, became a famous athlete, tennis, football star swimming. Imagined standing on the winners podium receiving his gold medal.
Think like a kid again. Let your imagination and give free loose. Daydream. Imagine that you are famous and successful and everyone crowds around you to congratulate you on your success.
As children enjoy have dreams. Unfortunately, as we adults, we lose our ability to use our imagination. . We tend to see things as they really are.
VISIT A GALLERY OF MODERN ART.
Another way to stimulate and turbo charge your brain is to visit a gallery of modern art. If this is not convenient, consider modern art illustrations in a book. Often the paintings can be quite meaningful to you and you struggle to understand what the artist is trying to say.
No question. It is really important. Examine and interpret the paintings in the way you want. Let your emotions flow without control. Paint can make you feel angry, sad, happy or even confused. The purpose of this exercise is to stimulate his emotions. When emotions are stimulated your brain becomes more active.
Listen to an excerpt classical music in the same way, especially a piece of music that is difficult to understand. Try to imagine what music means to you. What thoughts go through your mind as you listen? Allow your emotions to be uninhibited.
The inhibition and emotional support are the enemies of creativity. Creative people have uninhibited personality. They are unconventional and do things differently than others.
Foster and encourage individuality and creativity. Be emotional if you want to be. This way you will be able to turbo charge your brain, stimulate your creativity and create a continuous flow of creative ideas.
