Why are they good games?

I'm doing a persuasive speech and I need three main points of why video games are good. Really appreciate any help that you have to offer. So far I have: video games can be a good form of exercise, as some schools are using DDR machines and fitness, Wii Fit exercising is good too. Video games can be a form of entertainment. Video games like the series offer MGS cinematic stories for players to unfold as gambling. Video games can be educational. Games like Brain Age and some others I've listed in my scheme.
