Brain injury in operation?
PT is no longer covered under my new insurance. So I leave the gym route. Any people, etc. that can PT recommend some exercises gym / books that I can use to make my way back and develop less "tone" in my left foot? Counter Strike coup d'etat in brain injury. Balance problems probably derive from the left leg weak. Six years old injury. Can walk, but quickly, but can not run flat. Eat three months. Can pounds leg press as before w / as many representatives.
