What are some exercises for the brain-term memory loss problems in the short?
I am only 33, and a little worried about my memory short-term loss. I recently graduated college and have a good job now, but I think I'm forgetting a lot of things.I am not retained I had to have learned in school and sometimes I forget what I'm getting a room. The only way I found to help is doing, "says" all the time …. and though I feel silly, I do. I am particularly wrong with saying that PPL had said something …. and I honestly do not remember whether I did or not. Now granted, want to be like the perfect girlfriend b / c you can not pull over the course of "the past", but seriously, my "problem" is starting to bother me. "I can fix this? Is this normal? "Should I worry?
I note too, otherwise I'm too disorganized and scattered and forgotten. I went to four years of college and I remember almost nothing, was like a big stain. I just memorized long enough to get through trials. (I graduated last August). I have this way of being on "automatic pilot" so if you do not commit something to memory, I do not absorb. You sound normal to me or have graduated wouoldn't college. I think it's more about losing their memory organized.
