Last week, the local elementary school received the visit of the government school inspector who was there to check that teachers are performing well in their respective classes. I was very impressed with a tutor. The Inspector noted that whenever the class teacher asked a question, all children in the class put up their hands with enthusiasm to respond. Most surprising, while the teacher chose a different child to respond to the questions each time, the answers were always correct. Why would this?
