Below are some simple ways they use math Easter in the classroom or at home.
Bunny Hop
Here is a simple math game that Easter can be used to practice any mathematical ability basic. You start by selecting a starting line and a goal. Next two children compete to jump from start to finish, taking two jumps each time holiday to answer a question correctly. You can use the questions that help children practice the skill you want. For example, you might ask "6 times 8 ',' half of the 34 'or' What is the number before 87 '? The child first correctly answer takes two jumps and the first to reach the goal is the winner.
Easter Counting
You can visit the old favorites counting game Buzz. But did you know that you can easily turn this into a math game Easter, substituting the word 'Buzz', a word Easter. Try using 'Bunny' or 'Easter Egg 'instead. The children sit in a circle and count around a circle, but replace the number 7, to a multiple of 7 and all numbers which contains a digit with the word 'Bunny' 7. If a child says the number instead of saying 'Bunny' on the outside.
This is a complicated game that requires concentration and a good knowledge of multiples. You can also try to play it with other digits instead of seven. For example, it could use 5 or 10 for an easier version or the use of 8 or 9 to make a more challenging version.

The Easter Bunny has 15 Easter eggs in one basket. He gives our 3 and then 7 is more than 6 children, given two eggs each. How many eggs in the basket now?
You can easily change the numbers on it and then have an problem completely new to present.
Tom has been dyed eggs. He used green and red ink. If you have 17 eggs and five eggs dyed redder of green eggs. How many eggs does he have of each color?
How many eggs I find in the search for eggs? I have found between 10 and 30. The number is divisible by 4 but not at 7 or 8. I found a pair of eggs.
