The question does not specify how many legs are on the ground, but how many legs on the bus. 7 girls – 14 legs 7 * 7 = 49 bags of 49 * 7 = 343 big cats – 1372 legs 343 * 7 = 2401 small cats – 9604 legs 14 + 1372 + 9604 = 10,990 legs Add 2 more if you want to include bus driver's legs.
