The benefits related to the game have been confirmed in multiple studies led by credentialed researchers from a variety of specialties medical. If you think I'm kidding, look below for a couple of examples:
A study led by Dr. Robert S. Wilson published in the February 13 2002 of the Journal of American Medical Association found that people who engage more frequently in the brain, challenging activities were less likely to develop Alzheimer's disease.
