One of the most popular Numeral Games is playing cards. Playing cards with my family around the kitchen table is one of my favorite memories. We all had fun trying to win.

My Dad always loved to laugh when he gave us the Queen when playing Hearts. It would tickle us and we would groan in despair over the points we had just acquired with this terrible happening.

Another game we played was 500 Rummy. We had fun just playing and being together.

Numeral Games-Dominoes

The game we played the most was Dominoes. We played this when aunts, uncles and cousins came over at two tables. When you lost you were out and the game continued until the last person won. We all loved the competition of playing and outwitting our opponents by blocking them from playing and getting all the points left in the losers hands.

We have played Dominoes throughout my life and still enjoy playing. Whether it is straight Dominoes, 42, or Mexican train, this numerical game is fun for ages 8 and older.
