What is this type or puzzle / brain teaser?

Some time ago I saw an enigma, but I can not remember what this guy or enigma called. He was an enigma about Harry Potter, and it was Cedric Diggory, and any other character I think. They were stranded on an island with violent trolls or something and they trolls asked how they wanted to die. Or it could be broken with a pasta or eaten, I think. The answer to the riddle was to say "I will not be crushed to a paste and eaten" or something, because the trolls to do the opposite of what you said. Like if you said you would be crushed to eat and if you wanted to be eaten smash. There was a response true, because the question was something. Called a paradox? THANKS!
