Looking for a certain puzzle puzzle / toy??

I was wondering if anyone knew of a jigsaw puzzle / toy is and where I can get one. It's in the form of a circle and at the top are all these pins standing. The goal of the game is that you need to keep pushing out pegs to the outer edge of the puzzle and again in the vice / versa to achieve what appears to be all triangles on the outside and that when all triangles are all in black is shaped like a ring around the puzzle, you have to push all the pins around to get the triangles back into the game. Hopefully someone knows what this game is called and I'm sorry if I confused with this issue. Its little difficult to explain a game teaser mind!
