Brain Teasers Using Numbers

Learn to sharpen your brain in minutes a Day
By Nikki Morano
In a not too distant past, conventional wisdom assumes that the loss of his mental faculties is automatically contained in the aging process. Fortunately, today, experts are admitting that this point old view is to get “up there” in years, need not be the end of the line.
It is now clear that keeping the brain stimulated could actually strengthen their mental edge. And that adage “use it or lose it “is applies to the brain as you would any other area of growth.
So the question to ask is, then, how could increase their chances of beating the odds of Alzheimer’s, dementia and brain disabling diseases? Well, although there are no guarantees, why not give your body a fighting chance? How much of the following is part of your daily routine?
Beating the Odds: time appropriate idle
Sure life can be fun. And are just taking too long. But did you know that during the hours of Sleep gives your brain the opportunity to build muscle memory. Therefore, too little sleep and counters that reduces their ability to remember things. Rest allows your whole body to start the system and recharge. And that includes your brain.
Beating the Odds: The power of his soul
What you put in your mouth affects every muscle fiber, skeletal well-being of your body. So if you are really in the mood for one-N-Out Double-double with an order of fries just to know that a food that has consumed 1070 calories, 59 grams of fat and 93 grams carbohydrate. Treats are fun, but how often do you get to this drive-through can make the difference in mental clarity and mental drain.
Each time you reach for food you might want to sing: “what is good for the heart is good for the brain.” And then there is my girl Suzanne Somers who writes: “If you can not take it, pluck it out, shoot or milk, do not eat.”
Overcome the battle against the odds: Energy Zappers
Who are your friends and how they influence your life? Do you bring joy, laughter and value? Or are weaklings, Whiney, drainage, energy zapping, time-pigs should be avoided?
Stress is a murderer “and delivery too, cortisol, a hormone in the bloodstream. However, in small doses, cortisol has many benefits, includng:
- bursts of energy (survival mode)
- decreased sensitivity to pain
- higher memory functions
But higher levels of cortisol in the bloodstream (easily caused by chronic stress) have been shown to have a negative impact, such as:
- deterioration of cognitive performance
Although higher levels of cortisol is more negative than this simple list of “a,” Particularly keeps me here for “one” to understand this point. That if you do not start managing the stress in your life they will manage. And constant stress overload is a friend of Alzheimer’s disease and Dementia. Think about that next time you’re about an hour-pig.
Beating the Odds: The Brain Muscle Building
In your hands … and an easy way to strengthen the brain muscle … is to get your brain loco-motion. Researchers continue to indicate that people who engage in stimulating activities such as board games, crosswords or Sudoku puzzles or even make learning a foreign language may reduce your chances of Alzheimer’s and dementia.
Since I have no time (or need) to study a language, and I am not always in the mood to meet friends a game from a fellow chess, sudoku is my daily quick brain. What I like is that I can whip out anywhere, while calling out a puzzle to kill time in the doctor’s waiting room. And you can still participate in a round of Sudoku with family and friends around the table if they wish. We are united is an event without all night.
If you have not ever heard of Sudoku, a puzzle game that called you around the world. Something like a crossword puzzle, only with numbers. The logic is a key ingredient. The challenge comes when deciphering the numbers go where. Easier said than done, since each number — 1-9 – has a special table that is placed in. This game is a definite food for the brain! And yet the fun! Since there is no smarter they feel to bring a game to completion.
Imagine the possibility of increasing their chances of beating the odds of Alzheimer’s or dementia by adding a or two rounds of natural stimuli in the brain … Sudoku … in your life. Exercising the brain is as important as the air we breathe. Now, find a way to exercise your brain without feeling that exercise is sublime!
Learn to play Sudoku changed my life. My mother is sick Alzheimer’s and I promised that this is something I do not want to put in my children. So along with eating better, trying to sleep more, and shut out negative shocks, I href = “http://www.sudoku-puzzle-secrets.cc/brainfood”> exercise my brain with Sudoku daily routine and I have to say literally feel mentally sharper … even on days off throughout the puzzle. Do not you owe it to yourself to give your future is getting better shot!
