I'm trying to help my son with his homework. Help?

My son is in 7th grade and is struggling with school. He needs help reading, writing, Spanish, and science. I am tutoring, because I used to be a teacher, but I still need help. I have some ideas, one is that he is making "Cars" which are small paper cars to win for prizes (I do not know what rewards to give. (5, 10, 15, 20 30, 40, 50, 100 are the numbers I'm using). I also wonder if you have any good web sites with work sheets, warm, fun puzzles of the brain and games only fun to use. Anything that will help you learn.
