Fun Math Brain Teasers Problems
Making Math More Fun is a great way to entertain your 5-11 year old on a rainy stay at home day. It is also great for the classroom to make learning math more fun with board and card games, puzzles and more. The greatest feature is your ability to print out one or as many as you would like for one or a classroom full of children.
There are so many distractions for children once they arrive home from school. They have their phones, DVD’s of music or movies, game consol and computers to entertain themselves for hours. Why would they want to learn boring ole math?
Getting a good knowledge of math is so important to your future. I have been in a couple of stores where the cashier could not do math. They told me not to give them change because the register would figure it out for them and they could not get the change right unless I just gave them the dollar bills.
That is very sad. I believe it is a good practice for children to learn about handling money and making change as soon as they can do some math.
Handling money is something they will be doing through out their lives. Drilling them on math is a way to learn by repetition. That is how I learned. New training techniques with new ideas to make learning math more fun is a brilliant idea. Numbers are rather dry learning. Visual games and puzzles to help make the learning process more fun for children definitely has my vote for a great idea.
This set makes it more challenging, fun and interesting for young learners to gain their attention. A good puzzle or competition is always a spur to learning.
