How to improve memory?
I have 14 years and I have a really bad memory … I remember reading a book that the more a system in the brain activated, but the system will build – and maintain – synaptic connections. So is there any way to exercise my memory or something? ^ _ ^
mental images is a good way, I can still remember my shopping list grandmothers 5 1 / 2 years ago, because I've used. For example, use words ryming 1 run, 2 shoe tree 3, 4-door, five beehives, etc. then think of an image. The First on the shopping list of the grandmother was honey to think of a career and a photo of honey, like a marathon runner by grabbing a bottle of honey on the side instead of water, the second was an alarm clock, think of a clock in a shoe or a shoe-shaped clock, etc. .. then to remember that only one career and his image will appear to run in your head that makes it easier to remember things. This is only I use a stragity hope to help you.
