Does memory retrieval affected by rigorous activity?

You have two groups of students. Both will be asked to memorize the same set of numbers. However, one group was required to perform a rigorous activity for ten minutes (ie, crawl under a chair, then do 5 dives, then massage your seatmate), while others do not. Is the group who do not exercise do better than the other? Why is it so … is because the brain is changing from one role left to right, or something?

The switching of brain function is not a logical way thinking about it because both sides of the brain will be active in both situations (movement of the engine used both hemispheres and memory functions occur in a variety of places in the brain). My argument would be that, because of the specificity of coding of people who do physical activity would do better. encoding specificity is the fact that our brains best remember information when we are in the same state of mind and level of activation than we were when the encoded information.
